WAIMEA — Waimea Country School (WCS) has two full-time positions to fill for the upcoming school year: a full-time classroom teacher for the Ohia K/1st multiage class and a full-time classroom teacher for the Koaia 2nd/3rd multiage class.
As a small, ohana school, WCS has three multiage classes: Ohia K/1st, Koaia 2nd/3rd and Koa 4th/5th.
The two positions play key roles in the school’s tight-knit family of educators that also includes teacher aides, music, garden and PE teachers, and administration. Head of School Amy Salling seeks team members who complement their skills, interests and expertise and aim to join their ohana for the long-term.
